Copper Moose Maple is single-origin, small-batch, and unblended. Our syrup comes exclusively from our own Northern Vermont forest, where we carefully tap, boil, and bottle in limited batches. This ensures every bottle has a bold, clean flavor that reflects the land it comes from — no blending, no shortcuts, just pure maple syrup.

Amber Rich refers to the flavor grade of our syrup. It has a warm, buttery caramel taste with hints of toasted vanilla — perfect for pancakes, cocktails, glazes, and everyday use. It’s our most popular grade because it balances smooth sweetness with rich complexity.

Before opening, store your syrup in a cool, dark place like a pantry or cupboard. Once opened, refrigerate to maintain freshness and prevent natural sugar crystals from forming. If crystals do appear, just warm the syrup gently and stir — they’ll dissolve right back in.
